Teresa Roomes

Teresa was born at home in the county of Essex, where she was brought up with her two elder brothers.

Her parents were enthusiastically involved in the community running of a marching band and the local carnival, culminating in Teresa appearing on the television show Saturday Superstore aged twelve with the important position of Drum Major.

After leaving school she joined a local accountancy firm as a trainee where she learned her craft.
She always harboured an ambition to travel to the Australian outback, and this was finally achieved at the age of 22 when she took a year out of work.

On returning to the UK, it was time for Teresa to knuckle down and study for her AAT qualification which she achieved four years later.

Relocating to Norfolk in 2000, Teresa accepted the position as senior at AVN Arena Limited. Her client portfolio varies from sole traders to Limited Companies requiring an Audit. She excels in converting raw materials presented by clients in brown paper bags into the finished product, yet she is particularly conversant in all types of computer accounting packages.

Teresa currently lives in the village of Upwell with her partner Michael and her son Herbie who came into the world in 2011 and is the apple of her eye.
