BSc (ECON)
Nicholas Tunnard studied at the London School Of Economics where he obtained a BSC (ECON) degree in Accounting and Finance.
He trained with the international firm – Grant Thornton – one of the “Big Five” and qualified as a Chartered Accountant and gained financial experience of global proportions!
In 1989 Nicholas became a partner in the medium-sized firm of accountants, Bulley Davey, and in 2003 decided to branch out on his own and established AVN Arena, where he has built up a reputation for “taking on the taxman!”
Nicholas specialises in advising owner-managed businesses with turnovers between £500,000 and £10 million. He has gained many skills in helping businesses become more profitable having dealt with over 600 businesses in the last 30 years.
Teresa was born at home in Essex. After leaving school she joined a local accountancy firm as a trainee where she learned her craft achieved her AAT qualification which she achieved four years later.
Relocating to Norfolk in 2000, Teresa accepted the position as senior at AVN Arena. Her client portfolio varies from sole traders to Limited Companies. She excels in converting raw materials presented by clients in brown paper bags into the finished product, yet she is particularly conversant in all types of computer accounting packages.
Teresa is the firm’s contact for all aspects of accounting software especially Xero in which we specialise.
